"Exceptional, peaceful sanctuary with view of the lake. Very clean. Nice deco. Pristine condition. 3 min walk to emart. No eateries nearby. Roads are not v walkable as there is no pedestrain walkway. Few street lights at night. Cabs easily available with Kakao T app. The lady who checked us in was v kind, helpful and caring. Speaks very good English. Enjoyed our stay. Will come again in autumn. 방의 도어락은 고장이 났는지 계속 열리거나 닫는데 문제가 생겨 추운 밖에서 한참을 서있어야 했고, 일이 끝나고 출발하여 6시 50분 쯤 도착할 것 같은데 혹시 저녁 식사가 가능한지 고객센터로 전화하여 여쭈어보았으나 6시 20분 전까지 입장하지 않으면 식사가 어렵다는 답을 들었습니다. 외부에서 식사를 하고 간 뒤, 조식을 먹으면서 식당 직원 분들께 여쭈어보니 전날 7시 반까지 식당을 운영하였다고 전해 들으면서 금액에 포함된 식사마저 즐기지 못해 마음이 크게 불편했습니다. 작년에 가장 마음에 들었었던 사우나는 물 관리가 되지 않아 고여있고, 더러웠습니다. 즐거워야 할 가족과의 크리스마스 이브가 찝찝하게 끝나 마음이 불편합니다. 자연친화적이고 맑은 공기는 좋지만 다음 번 방문은 고려하지 않을 것 같습니다.
