강원도로 출장가는 첫날에 이용했습니다. 원주기업도시에 위치하다보니, 주변은 조용한 편이지만, 편의시설, 식당 등이 많지는 않은 편입니다. 건물과 객실은 깨끗한 편이고, 룸에는 스타일러도 있는데, 여름이라 사용하지 않았지만, 다른 계절에 정장이나 코트 등을 관리하는 데 편할 거 같았습니다. 주차는 건물 지하주차장도 있고, 길거리에 세워도 문제는 없습니다. 건물에 명륜진사갈비 식당도 있는데, 그 쪽에서 온 차가 주차장에 많이 있어서 빈 자리가 많지는 않았습니다. 조식 공간에서는 샌드위치(조식때만 제공), 한강라면, 컵라면, 원두커피, 믹스커피, 차, 정수기, 얼음 등을 밤에도 자유롭게 이용할 수 있었고, 세탁기랑 탈수기도 한 대 있어서 시간 맞으면 이용 가능했습니다. 저희가 묵은 객실은 이용객이 적었던 것인지 먼지가 좀 있었습니다. 이 부분은 좀 더 잘 관리되면 좋겠습니다.

이불에 작은 오염이 있긴했으나(신경쓸정도는 아님), 전체적으로 깔끔하고 아늑한 비즈니스 호텔입니다. 오픈한지 얼마 안되어 방에 냄새가 조금 있습니다. 다만 기업도시에 유일한 숙박이기에 너무 만족하고 퇴실해요.
