Property was much better than anticipated after reading many Google reviews. Interior is showing its age and a bit "dated" but the room was comfortable with cold aircon. Walls are thin and various adult sounds may be heard from the next room ,). The restaurant for lunch and dinner outsources its food and may be "out of stock" on many items listed on the menu but there are many food choices close by. Gym is a bit small for a hotel of this size. Employees were pleasant and helpful. I would return for a future stay.

Used sheets and old towels (bedbugs)
First thing when we arrived they did not have any dry pillow cases so they brought up wet ones that we had to put on ourselfs. Then we noticed the bed sheets were all dirty, the towels had stains on them everywhere like they where so old and used. During our stay they never changed our sheets or towels. My boyfriend got spots on his legs, we can just assume it was because of how dirty it was or bed bugs. Then when we was checking out they showed us a picture of a dirty towel and said we needed to pay extra so they could clean it. The towel was dirty when we got there. We think they have a picture of a towel in their phone and show it to all customers at the end of their stay to make them pay extra because there is no way to prove we did not make them dirty like that. Besides that the hotel was neither clean or nice in any way, the room feel like a hostel so noisy and you can hear your neighbors breath. I would recommend you to choose another hotel. And for the people working at the capital, please buy new towels with the money we had to pay you extra :)

They say there are two restaurants but neither were open. Breakfast only. My room wasn’t made up even when i was out and had the “make my room up” button on for hours. The trolley was on the floor the entire time and only a small amount of rooms. The doors are extremely loud so it was really hard to sleep and the constant slamming would wake you up. Staff were lovely but it was a disappointing experience. My room was pool access but you can’t access your room outside with swipe card so you have to lock it and then go out the corridor, which defeats the purpose. There are better places to stay
