Very friendly staff, breakfast was great. The gardens were lovely and the whole setting gorgeous. Pool was fantastic and was very well used by our kids. Comfortable beds and mosquito nets and coils put out each evening. Mozzies really werent an issue. Over the road and a.couple of doors down are 2x convience stores with lots of options to eat near by. Batu Belig is a busy street, but you wont have any issues getting transport. At the end of the street is a beach where you could walk to beach clubs nearby.

I recently stayed at a villa in Bali, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The overall cleanliness of the villa was unacceptable. There was dust everywhere, giving the impression that the property had not been properly cleaned for a long time. The floor was damaged and cracked in several areas, which made the space feel poorly maintained and unsafe. The bathroom condition was even worse. The bathtub was extremely dirty, and the walls were visibly cracked and deteriorating. It was far below the standard one would expect from a holiday villa. Additionally, there were no proper dinner facilities available, which was very inconvenient and frustrating during our stay. Overall, the villa was poorly maintained and did not meet even basic standards of hygiene and comfort. I would not recommend this property to anyone seeking a pleasant and relaxing holiday experience.

Great experience and value

Stayed in great 2 bedroom villa. Land area was about 300sq meters. Pool was good size for private use. Good greenery inside, natural animal sounds. Hardly heard the neighbors. Very reasonable prices on hotel services, minibar, etc.. Breakfast ok but could be better. Occasional noise from motorcycle far away on the road (but like that everywhere in Bali). Room interior and hotel amenities make it 4 star, but fact that its large private pool villa make it better experience than many 5 star hotels. My room cost me about 1/2 what I paid at club room in 5 star hotel in Jimbaran. A few restaurants in walking distance, which were good experience and good value. Did not use free shuttle to central Seminyak only few minutes drive away.

A perfect and private sanctuary

A little bit away from Legian and Kuta, but still close to lots of lovely restaurants and shops. The Villas are very generous in size offering a private garden and pool affording you relaxation away from the chaos that is Bali. I much prefer more serviced apartment type accommodation and this gave me hotel and self-catering. The bedroom had excellent air conditioning and mosquito netting as this is a garden Villa and there are always going to be mosquitoes present. Both my partner and I really relaxed and enjoyed our Villa more than previous hotel rooms in Bali.

自分へのご褒美旅行で、激務を忘れる為の単独旅行（１週間）に選ばせていただきました。 お洒落感優先の方には物足りないかも知れませんが、プライベートプール付きヴィラを気軽に楽しみたい方にはお勧めです。施設に多少の古さは否めませんが、他人の目を気にせず、大型ホテルにありがちなプールサイドベッドの早取り合戦も無く、要は自分だけの空間と時間に浸りたいなら、ヴィラはお勧めです。 前日の夕刻に翌朝の朝食が3種から選べ、朝にはヴィラ内のオープンリビングでゆったり開放的に食事の時間を楽しめます。昼食・夕食は自力ですが、簡単なものであればすぐ近所にレストランやバーがあり、ビールでは満足出来ない方も大丈夫。少し歩けば繁華街でも楽しめます。私には丁度いい運動でした。日本語対応は絶望的です。私はVoiceTraという音声翻訳アプリを最大限活用してコミュニケーション図り、大概の事は問題なく済みました。 プールも深く（1.5ｍ位）大人でも充分楽しめます。次回も気楽に利用させて頂こうと考えています。

Awesome villa stay

Really loved the spacious villa, although more could be done to upkeep and maintain it (some cracks and stains here and there). Breakfast was great, service was impeccable and overall a wonderful experience. Mosquitoes were a big concern, but staff provided mosquito coils and repellant to keep them away. Area shuttle was a major plus as well. The beach nearby wasn't impressive.

Pure Luxury at Great Value

Amazing resort and extremely friendly and helpful staff at very good rates. I was there for a week with my girlfriend and it was beautiful. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely if you wish to be left alone

Bit out of the way with terrible roadwork which made it hard to get around, this is not the Villas fault. I felt the Villas could have been cleaned better, the Villa is dated and could use a complete overhaul. The garden around the pool was full of weeds.That being said we value privacy and we were left alone. Had room service dinner the first night this was terrible. The front staff and all the staff we saw were extremely pleasant. The free shuttle one way to Seminyak was great.

Amazing villa with wonderful staff

Stayed here with my girlfriend for our anniversary and both of us were very impressed with this villa. This villa was definitely very good value for money as it provided outstanding service and facilities for a very competitive price. The staff were absolutely amazing and would go out of their way to help us whenever they could, giving us free shuttles around Seminyak whenever we needed it, providing us with delicious breakfast every morning and even helping us sort out a dispute with an irate taxi driver at 4 am in the morning. The facilities were also beyond our expectations, especially considering how much we paid for it. The villa was very spacious and the private pool was amazing. Would definitely consider coming here again if we were to plan another trip to Bali.

Beautiful tropical villas

We had a lovely stay at Awan Villas! Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, villas were private with great size pool and beautiful garden. Loved the outdoor shower and outdoor living area! Wifi was so good, better than our Internet connection in Perth! We would definitely stay at Awan Villas again!

Cozy quiet hotel with a private pool

Spacious room, big pool but should be better maintained. Excellent breakfast delivered to the villa. Location is far away from restaurants and beach and road outside is too narrow to walk.
