"The location of the hotel is a convenient walk away from the train station and the town centre of Bergamo. The room was large and clean and was ideal for our needs. My only issue was the shower cubicle which is in need of some attention (room 116). The breakfast was excellent value with a wide range tasty options. All the staff were helpful and friendly, a special thank you to Miriam in the breakfast room. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay here! The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of the lake. A special thank you to the staff, who were so sweet and accommodating throughout our visit. A couple of small things that could be improved for a 4-star experience: the AC system felt a bit dated and was difficult to adjust for comfort. Additionally, we found the breakfast selection to be a bit disappointing compared to the high standard of the rest of the hotel. Overall, we loved our time here and would certainly stay again!"
