"We arrived a bit early and we’re not allowed to receive the Ticino Ticket until check in (barely an hour plus later), which would have saved us money we had to pay for Public Transport. To be fair, we were allowed to leave the bags in the office, so that at least helped. Not a bad walk to the train station; the bus station is across the street. AC system had to be restarted due to recent repair to a neighbor unit, but once it was up it worked like a charm!"

"Easy to find, great with parking right outide or near. Great location in the mountains. Friendly staff and quick checkin. Room was ok, bathroom had issues with hot water and water pressure. A bit pricy for my taste, but i guess the competition in this area is low."

"I love how it was very clean and easy for self check in and check out. Everything is walkable distance and you can get free bus pass online through hotel. Highly recommend staying at this property it’s so worth it. Lot of food options within walking distance. "
