Nice hotel with very reasonable price in the area

Nice hotel, very new, clean. I did a few self check in hotel and this one is relatively clear and easy for the whole check in, check out and digital key system control. Restaurants in the same building which is convenient.

Highly recommendable!!

The hotel is without a reception and receptionists, but don’t be alarmed it is very innovative and easy to use. I have seen a lot of hotels and the state of this hotel is mindblowing. I will for sure return for my next trip here and most likely stay another day than planned. My family was also blown away! Highly recommendable.

Il mio soggiorno all’Arbed Living Hotel è stato davvero piacevole! Ambiente molto tranquillo, camere super accessoriate con letti comodissimi e TV da 40/50 pollici. Il bagno e la doccia sono semplicemente stupendi. L’hotel è super moderno: dopo il check-in si accede direttamente tramite app sul cellulare, davvero comodo! E se dimentichi il telefono, nessun problema — ci sono due citofoni e il personale può aprire da remoto 😂. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Da amante del running ho approfittato per fare una corsetta di 20 km fino a Giubiasco: nonostante non conoscessi la zona, ho trovato subito una pista ciclopedonale perfetta per correre in tranquillità. Mi sono trovato benissimo e credo proprio che ci tornerò presto! 👏

Ohne Internet geht die Tür nicht auf…

Grundsätzlich ganz OK, alles neu. Wir waren für eine Nacht da. Aber ohne Rezeption, dass heißt ohne Internet und App kommt keiner auf sein Zimmer. Da Schweiz nicht in der EU ist, sollte man unbedingt Internet dazu kaufen..

Leider waren wir von dieser Unterkunft sehr enttäuscht. Personal geht aber mit Problemen gut und offen um. Schwimmbad nur mit zusätzlichen Kosten buchbar. Parkplatz kostenfrei, darum nicht zusätzlich bezahlen!

Bett und alles war ok alles ist neu und sauber. Einzig die Raumtemperatur war zu kalt (mein Empfinden). Die Temperatur Lies sich auch nicht höcher einstellen. Sie werben mit SPA und Wellness beides kann man nicht brauchen nach 18:30 und das gehört nicht einmal zum Hotel. Kaine Reception
