"Everything about our short stay was lovely. The town was very quiet while we were there - our stay was primarily to visit the castle ruins (which we recommend!). Very charming town. The inn was very relaxing and we enjoyed the on-site onsen, and the excellent Japanese breakfast. The room was WONDERFUL. "Staff unfriendly, No English at all. The center air conditions in my room was no cold air comes out. A small portable air conditioner with very little cold air. The room was very hot . Not even little coffee for me to drink in the morning. I think their cup in the room never been washed, I used their cup to drink water in the morning, I had stomach pain and diarrhea in the noon time. Etc. I would never live there again. "

"Such a nice place! Very relaxing onsen. My partner and I went there for one night, the room is very nice with it's own seating area (two chairs and a table) by the window. There are yukata's by the entrance where you can pick one out and use during your visit (I totally wanted to bring one with me home, but didn't of course) There is ping-pong included, just write your name down at the time slot you want to play.
