"Das Hotel wird als 5-Sterne-Haus geführt, entspricht aber meiner Meinung nach höchstens 3 Sternen. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer – in einem war die Dusche defekt. Der Boden hat bei jedem Schritt nachgegeben, und nach dem Duschen stand das komplette Badezimmer unter Wasser. Zusätzlich war in beiden Zimmern Schimmel sichtbar, was für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel absolut nicht akzeptabel ist. Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings recht überschaubar. Schon bei der Ankunft begann der Ärger: Zum Check-in mussten wir je nach Person zwischen 20 Minuten und einer Stunde an der Rezeption warten.
