Very poorly run breakfast was from the day before very happy my stay came to an end no air-conditioning pool was closed for the 4 days of my stay never again

I experienced many problems. This is probably not the place to stay if you don’t speak Turkish. The air conditioning broke down. We had an emergency alert at 4:30 a.m. my room had big holes in the wall and the drywall was falling apart. The towels had holes.

Leider war der Aufenthalt grausam! Das Hotel ist nicht sauber, die Lage ist am Ende der Welt, nachts ist laute Musik, dass man nicht schlafen kann, das Frühstück reicht nicht für alle Gäste und wird nicht nachgefüllt. Der Pool und das Gym kosten extra! Ich bin absolut enttäuscht!

Great place, good amenities! From taxis and shuttles for transportation to the 24 hour valet parking. Breakfast is provided and is very fresh with great coffee. Its no more than a 15 minute drive to everything you'd need in gaziantep. Its very quiet and the staff are respectful. I'll definitely book here again with my eyes closed on my next trip.

Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel war sauber, die Zimmer gemütlich und auch das Personal überwiegend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kleinere Dinge könnten sicherlich verbessert werden, aber insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war allerdings die Abrechnung am Ende: Uns wurde eine Leistung berechnet, die wir gar nicht genutzt hatten. Erst nach mehrmaligem Nachhaken wurde der Betrag schließlich wieder storniert. Das hat den ansonsten positiven Eindruck etwas getrübt. Trotzdem würden wir das Hotel grundsätzlich weiterempfehlen, da der Aufenthalt insgesamt angenehm war.

Organizasyon Eksikliği

Yapılan rezervasyona uygun o tahsis edilmesinde sorun yaşadık, 3 farklı odaya yönlendirildik ve her seferinde çıkıp uygun olmadığını fark ederek tekrar resepsiyona inip düzeltme yapılması gerekliliğini görüştük. 3’üncü odanın da uygun çıkmaması sonrasında 15-20 kadar resepsiyonda odanın tekrar düzenlenmesi için bekledikten sonra odaya yerleşebildik.

Otele geldiğimizde odada duş başlığı bozuktu hemen değişimi sağlandı ütü hizmeti de gayet iyiydi kahvaltı yeterli ve güzeldi yalnız 2 gün boyunca sürekli söylememize rağmen bir türlü park beşik koydurtamadık odaya temizlik iyiydi bir de resepsiyon bilgilendirmesi zayıftı otelin bulunduğu konum biraz tekin değil gece çıkılıp ailece dolaşılmaz etrafta totalde 10 üzerinden 8 diyebilirim.

Biz Antep'e turistik gezi amaçlı gittik. Antep çarşısına araç ile 5-6 dakika uzaklıkta bulunuyor. Bizim şansızlığımız otelin hemen yanındaki sokakta yapılan kazı çalışmasıydı. Yakın bir tarihte gidecekseniz göz önünde bulundurmanızı tavsiye ederim. katlanılacak bir gürültü değil. odalar büyük ve yataklar rahat. temizlik idare eder seviyede, benim odamdaki tuvaletin oturağı kırıktı, söylememe rağmen değiştirmediler. özetle fiyat olarak makul bi yerde ise konaklanabilir bir otel.

Ailemle 1 gece konakladık. 3 ayrı oda tutmuştuk. Odalar asla standart değildi. Benim kaldığım odada temizlik kötü durumdaydı. Diğerleri de ortalama altındaydı. Odada bir tadilat yapılmıştı ancak boya temizlik vs yapılmadan öylece berbat halde bırakılmıştı. Isıtma sistemi çalışmıyordu, yastıklarda çok kötü bir koku vardı. Odada kettle var ama leş gibiydi. İnsan bir siler yıkar yahu! Standart gibi görünen odalar arasında da belli ki büyük farklar var. Tek gece kalacak müşterilere kötü durumdaki odaları veriyorlar. İyi yorum yapanlar muhtemelen uzun konaklayanlardır. Bu fiyata çok daha iyisini beklerdim. Personel sayısı kesinlikle yetersiz. Kayseri’den genç futbol takımı gelmişti ve herkes işini bırakıp sadece onlarla ilgilenince geriye kalan müşteriler mağdur oldu. 1 fincan kahveyi 2 saatte getiremediler. Gerekçe ise futbol takımının yemek saati olmasıymış. Özetle memnun kalmadığım bir deneyim oldu.
