"Room is clean and comfortable enough. However when we arrived at 3:15 (check in is 3 pm) we were told to wait while they “checked” to see if the room had been cleaned?? Breakfast is mediocre.
Big issue is that staff appear to have zero understanding or sensitivity re disability accommodation or their obligations as a business. The numerous wheelchair spaces in front were all occupied by cars without permits and staff didn’t seem to care or be inclined to do anything to assist people with disabilities who need them. Accessible room request was not honoured and was told if we wanted it, it would be subject to additional $50-100 fees (no other hotel booked via our frequent Expedia reservations has ever demanded this additional payment for disability accommodation and frankly it’s probably illegal.) "
