"Clean, simple hotel with nice rooms, bar, and breakfast. Can't say enough about the staff. When we checked in my wife realized she left her purse with passport on the train. Panic! The staff contacted the train company to report the loss to the company along with all our information. A couple of hours later followed up by calling again. Fortunately for us, they found the purse still containing all the contents. It would be waiting for us at the ticketing booth in the Porto train station! Can't express how grateful we were for the help and concern they showed. It would have been really tough to follow-up on our own."
