Great place to stay!

Property was very clean, lots of room, and had everything we needed. My friend and I enjoyed our stay here, the view was absolutely beautiful! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

Perfect location for finding hikes, shops, restaurants, and neighboring towns. Great view from the house added a relaxing stay. Added bonus with things to do within walking distance from the house. I’d book here again if visiting Sedona.

Great view and stay

Well situated in West Sedona. The property has a great view of the red rocks and has a nice mm layout. It was very clean and well stocked. We would recommend to friends as well as request this property on a return stay.

Wonderful stay!

This home was everything we had hoped and more. Well equipped, exceptionally clean and the location was perfect…close to trails and necessities but far enough from downtown to avoid the traffic. Sitting down to drink coffee while enjoying that beautiful view from the living room was the icing on the cake! We also enjoyed the fire pit out back to have a nice relaxing end to our busy days. Thanks for being amazing hosts!! We will be back!

Amazing home

The home exceeded our expectations! It was centrally located to everything and we definitely plan on staying there again. Only 2 minor issues, like others have said in their review (firm mattresses) and the master shower head needs to be cleaned/replaced bc it was a trickle versus hard water pressure so we all showered in the second bathroom. No big deal. The place was clean, quiet and truly amazing. Best VRBO we’ve ever rented!!!

Good, Cute Place

Loved the artsy and creative decor! We enjoyed the tea selection and the comfortable furniture. I cannot read Dutch but if you can there are some cool antique books to check out. The heater sounds like a ghost the first time you hear it which was really cool IMO. Honestly the vibes are immaculate and the design ‘ate and left no crumbs’.

Great Location

Walk 2 blocks to a trailhead. This is great when Sedona is packed and parking can be a problem. This is an older home that could use updating on insulation of the master bathroom (shower is very cold in the winter), and leaking faucets in the bathtub. Note that there is not a dishwasher. We were disappointed not to be able to use the fireplace. Overall the great location out weighs all the negatives.

Nice view

The view of the house and for the price can’t be beat. As other reviews have mentioned, the beds are all very hard. If you like a firm bed, you will be okay. One of our guest refused to sleep in it and slept on the couch instead. The house was very clean and well equipped. As guest from Florida, I would recommend at least putting the house at 60 degrees instead of 55, as we were all freezing for the first few hours. Overall the stay was great for the price.

The home is just gorgeous. The views are also gorgeous! This place is in a beautiful neighborhood, and we felt very safe and relaxed. Would definitely stay again! Super convenient location 5-10 minutes from shops and restaurants

Needs

Minimal ice tray in freezer. Not enough hangers in bedrooms for clothing. Only 1 television for entertainment. Non slip mats needed in showers. Note on water cooler to fill and purchase , instead of providing water. Why have a water cooler if it is not complimentary? But overall a great home to vacation in.

We enjoyed our stay. The residence is well equipped, roomy and convenient to many locations in Sedona One mild criticism is being six foot 3 inches I had to be aware of ceiling fan in master bedroom

The house was in a great neighborhood with gorgeous views. We enjoyed our stay, however the beds were particularly uncomfortable, the coffee pot did not work and there were very few wash clothes for a party of 5.

Great house. Loved the views and the neighborhood. The Keurig coffee maker was a big plus! Note to mgmt: The Mr. Coffee maker needs to be replaced. Takes an hour to make coffee.

Lovely cottage nestled among the red rocks!

I stayed here with my hubby we both enjoy nature and quiet time this was a great choice, property was very cozy, clean, we felt safe and the views are absolutely fantastic( I can't stress that enough). Cottage was well stocked with all basic needs such linens, towels appliances, kitchen utensils etc ..all functioned well. Check- in/Check -out was easy and property management was very professional and easy to communicate with. It is walking distance to easy and moderate hiking trails, the Amitabha Stupa and peace park among many other awesome sites, cottage has a perfect location for bird watching and star gazing and though it is nice and secluded, supermarkets drugs stores and restaurants are just 5 minute drive away! I will stay here again for sure!

Beautiful View! Great location!

This house was a great find in Sedona! The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood but it's very close to downtown Sedona and lots of walking trails. It only took about 5 minutes to drive into downtown Sedona but the house us so calm and quiet you would never guess you are that close to all the hustle and bustle. The house was clean and spacious with great views and a really awesome location. There is a trail head .1 miles from the house that is a beautiful easy hike. The trail connects to longer and more difficult trails so it's great for people who want to just take a nice walk or people who want to do serious hiking. Three of us stayed in the house but there is ample room for a party of 6. My only issues with the property were the beds and towels. The beds were VERY hard and the towels were old and worn. This wouldn't stop me from booking the property for a short trip but I don't think I could sleep on those hard beds more than a few nights. Overall I would definitely recommend this rental.

Perfect Getaway!!

Stayed here for a girl's wine-tour weekend. Wonderful, clean house with amazing views. The house is much larger than expected with plenty of room to relax and has every amenity you could think of. Very close to grocery stores and Uptown Sedona but far enough off the main route that it feels very tranquil. Less than a half-mile walk to the Sugarloaf Loop/Teacup trailhead. Highly recommend this house!
