You'll also find yourself about 0.8 miles to the popular AZ 89A area where you'll find plenty of restaurants and shopping options. This home delivers gorgeous surrounding views and a peaceful setting.

Newly built, this single-level property (with casita) offers 2,050 square feet, two bedrooms and three full bathrooms to accommodate up to six guests - with gorgeous views from nearly every room!

You will enter the main house through the front door putting you directly into the main great room holding the living room, kitchen, and dining area.

Living Room: Enjoy comfortable furnishings, 65” Smart TV with cable and TiVo programming, a convenient work nook with a TV (with cable and TiVo) and a printer — all accentuated by the big views from the expansive windows. This space also offers a Queen size Murphy bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress. The Murphy bed is located adjacent to the full bathroom and provides an ideal spot for additional guests.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and provides all new black stainless appliances, including a Z-Line dual fuel gas/electric range with convection oven, copper farm sink and kitchen bar seating for three.

Dining area: The dining area offers a dining table with seating for six and up-close red rock views.

Master Bedroom (main house)— King-size Tempurpedic Cloud Hybrid bed, 52” Smart TV with cable and TiVo, access to the patio; the private bathroom has dual sinks, a large tile and glass shower, and a walk-in closet

Casita / Bedroom 2– This space is separate from the main and features a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave and coffee maker. The living space offers guests comfortable furnishings and a dining table with seating for four, 32” Smart tv with cable and TiVo programming, The bedroom includes a queen bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress, 32” Smart tv with cable and TiVo programming and access to the outdoor spaces. There is a private bathroom with a large glass and tile shower and a stacked washer and dryer.

Additional full shared bathroom in main house offers a tub/shower combo.

This home offers several spacious paver patios with comfortable outdoor seating and up-close views. You will also find a gas BBQ grill and a cozy gas fire pit with surrounding seating.

Stayed here end of Feb to first few days of March, amazing location, hosts were available and amazing, we had wildlife visitors, hiking trails aplenty within walking distance, and the views are out of this world! Comfortable, quiet, perfect home base for exploring and hiking!

The views from this house were amazing and it was extremely clean! Had all the amenities needed and loved sitting outside by the fire for breakfast and dinner. The hosts were very responsive to any questions I had and another perk was having a parking pass to the Red Rocks. Close to many trails and about a 10-minute drive from the little downtown area. Highly recommend booking with them!

Highly recommend this amazing place! Convenient to everything in Sedona and an amazingly beautiful house! The place is flawlessly furnished and very comfortable. Very private and quiet neighborhood. We didn’t use the casita but if your group has more than 1 couple it would be a great setup!

This is an excellent property for two couples looking to share a place but still have separate spaces. It feels brand new (2025), with excellent, high-quality fixtures throughout. The views out the back towards the rocks are amazing; we ended up sitting around the fire pit at the beginning and end of every day we were there. Great neighborhood; quiet, dark, but easy to get to grocery store, downtown, and hikes.

This extraordinarily well cared for home was an absolute joy to reside in. The views were beautiful and the convenience of having restaurants and grocery stores nearby was fantastic. Sedona is beautiful no matter the weather. Overnight we had 5" of snow and it was so beautiful! By afternoon, the weather was in the 50's and sunny! The home was just perfect for us. Very clean and organized. Helpful notes sprinkled around the home. Beautiful, amazing view of the mountains right from our living room made the poor weather completely tolerable. Our beds were very comfortable. Showers were wonderful with soft water and great water pressure! Everything you would hope for on your vacation. Don't hesitate to book this location, you won't be sorry.

Spotless and very quiet with incredible views. Easy access to Thunder Mountain trail for a wonderful hike. Towels super soft, and kitchen well stocked. Beds were a bid firmer than we typically prefer - would definitely stay here again though.

My daughter was murdered in January. My family has struggled to move forward but we have made progress. This trip included my husband, son, and daughter-in-law. The first morning, after the most amazing sleep any of us had in months, we awoke refreshed and at peace. We are grateful that we had this opportunity. The arrangements were perfect. We thank you!

The on line pictures don’t do this property Justice. Newer, clean, comfortable. The attached casita was great for one couple while the other had the master in the house. The Murphy bed was a bit awkward in location, and the main house was really a 1 BR. Nice outdoor space with great views. Relay liked the location on the west side so we were not fighting traffic on the weekend into Sedona, and close to good local hiking and groceries. Would stay here again.

This is a 5 Star property all day. Layout and views are amazing. Only negative of the property is there is not a King Size Bed in the primary. If you have a partner or spouse who likes to roll around be aware. I hope this changes in the future because the property is so great that regardless we will be referring friends, family and returning ourselves.

The peoperty was very nice and extremely clean. We were just a few turns away from hiking trails (and would have walked instead of driving if we hadn't had our kids with us) as parking at trail heads can be limited. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the living room and the fire pit was great for the chillier evenings.The only thing we didnt realize was that the casita was fully detached from the main home and the murphy bed was positioned directly in front of the main entry door to the main house. This caused us a little bit of discomfort as to where to have our 9 and 5 year old sleep. We ended up giving them the primary and we slept on the murphy bed. It worked out fine but we should have read the home's description a bit closer. Would be fun for older kids to have their own space. Ours were just too young for us to be comfortable with it.

Wonderful house with beautiful red rock views. The house is handsomely designed to take advantage of the view. There were many guest amenities and thoughtful touches like switches being labeled. All the appliances were high quality. The bed and linens were comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee rocking in the chairs watching the sun light up the rocks and in the evening drinking port with chocolate watching the shooting stars. Deer and quail were visiting the yard. We were surprised how much we loved Sedona as we are not desert people. We would love to return.

We were very happy with the house. The beds were comfy, the view amazing and the location wonderfully close to town. This won’t be the last time we stay here. The icing on the cake were the wonderful recommendations that the owner shared with us. From restaurants, to bars with a view to hikes and wellness experiences. All organized in a binder. I guess since I love to cook I would recommend for the owners to add a non stick pan to make scrambled eggs for the morning .

So grateful for this property. Waking up to the red rocks was a dream. The home was absolutely beautiful from the layout to the artwork. My mother enjoyed the casita while my husband, daughters and I enjoyed have our own space in the main house. It was perfect!

Renting was easy but we thought there were 2 bedrooms in the main house and 1 casita unit. It said it was for 6 but did not specify # of bedrooms. Anyway there was only 2 of us and our friends ( a couple) came for 2 nights so we were fine. Thank you, we might come again.
