"Lovely staff and excellent location. Rooms look as though they have been recently refurbished. Cold breakfast selection not as good as it used to be but good variety of cooked breakfasts on offer.
I found the restaurant very cold in the evening but fine in the morning.
Plenty of supplies in the room, tea, coffee, water, biscuits and toiletries etc."

"The property was run down and I wouldn’t have expected to pay over £100 a night for the stay. The front entrance wasn’t in use due to maintenance. Although very cute, the owners young children were in the public areas and their toys in the foyer.
The hotel was close to the pier which we wanted to visit."
