"Perfect peaceful stay – amazing for dog lovers We had a wonderful stay at The Dog House. It’s set in beautiful, peaceful countryside and has such a relaxed atmosphere. The hosts were amazing – so laid back, welcoming and clearly very animal friendly, which made our dogs feel just as welcome as we were. The accommodation has everything you could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was amazing and the log burner made it really cosy in the evenings. There’s a great space to relax and everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The welcome touches were lovely – wine, Welsh cakes and fresh eggs (the eggs were amazing!). We also loved seeing the animals, especially the peahens. The games and books were a nice extra touch too. Our dogs had a brilliant time and felt very welcome. A truly special place to stay and we would happily return."

"Cabin was perfect and no far from Newborough forest or Anglesey showground which were the 2 places we were going to. "

"The hosts were lovely, very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. They put the heating on earlier for me and filled our log basket to the brim without question. We were allowed to feed the horses and it was lovely to see the peacocks and chickens outside our door when we threw bits of food out for them. I want to go back in the summer "

"Great property for a large group in a beautiful location. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped for a large group - the snooker table was a particular highlight! Booking and accessing property via Oyster Holiday Cottages was very straightforward. Instructions were clear and easy to follow and they were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend it and we will be back!"

"This is our second stay at this beautiful holiday home. It is perfectly equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday. Excellent fittings and fixtures with every comfort taken care of from the comprehensively equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds and lounge furniture. The little ones are also taken care of with a large manicured garden with tree swings and a lovely snug with TV and plenty of games for any damp days spent indoors. The stunning mountain views just top everything off for a lovely stay at Penyrorsedd and the Housekeeper is to be commended for the exceptionally high standard of cleanliness throughout this very spaceous accommodation."

"Thoroughly enjoyed staying here, very comfortable sofas and beds with modern wet room. Light and airy with a lovely peaceful balcony area with view across the fields with lambs and rabbits. Flowers and a delicious Bara Brith upon arrival. Towels, toilet rolls and washing up liquid with sponge provided, however it is necessary to bring everything else that will be needed such as soaps, shampoo, all cooking staples and condiments (oil, butter, salt, pepper, milk etc) which I think is useful to know beforehand to avoid an immediate trip to the local supermarket 2 miles down the road."
