"This was my second stay, and just like before, it was excellent. A cozy place with lovely staff. The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, yet the price was quite reasonable compared to other hotels in the city."

"Hotel is pretty nice . . The only minus is that there is no elevator but it is only 3 floors .. and the, staff will be happy to help you take the luggage up"
"Excellent place very clean and new. Front desk staff Sevara was a pleasure and went way beyond to meet our travel needs and gave great recommendation. Daily house keeping would wash the dishes too. Breakfast was excellent and awesome staff and choice of food."
"The bad
1) Reception never responded to my request for a pick-up before arrival
2) Room's carpet had blood stains on it
3) Room smelled like a sewer when I first entered
4) Breakfast food is horrendous. Staff are rude. They stand around and giggle, no customer service.
5) pool area needs a lot of remodelling. also needs staff available to service guests.
The good
1) Location
2) Laundry/pressing staff are very nice "
"The young guy at front desk that works afternoons doesn’t like to be bothered with extra questions or extra work and carries his unhappiness on his face which he can’t hide. Heard when he was arguing with another tourist from same hotel when he should have shown a better patience or not said anything in return which left a bad impression since you essentially a face of hotel, but otherwise hotel is good breakfast is good but the beds are hard like a rock which could be a problem for people with bad back. Also there are no elevators and if you have a room on third floor you will have to carry it up and down so I would recommend as one night stay for single person which doesn’t carry a lot of luggage. Hotel has a back terrace which is a plus and I heard they have a bar there for people that like to drink alcohol (which I don’t) and person in charge of the bar apparently was out so it was closed. The inside of rooms looks new and nice but shower cabin was taking water due to probably clogged drain which I told them about when I was checking out . So in my opinion there are better options in same district but is a decent 3 star hotel for the money you pay just don’t set your expectations high and you will be ok . "
