"Clean, spacious room. Staff was friendly, although they sent me to the wrong international terminal ant the airport and did not suggest I leave for the airport more than an hour before my flight which I knew was wrong. It ended up no problem and I got another taxi to the correct terminal. "

"La chambre est moderne et spacieuse. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux. Le personnel généralement courtois et chaleureux comme Marcy. Malheureusement, l’expérience hôtelière est gâchée par un employé qui se croit investi du pouvoir de nuisance suprême. Dommage. J’espère que la formation continue permettra de corriger ce désagrément et ce manque de professionnalisme. "

"The Tower Hotel Tashkent was very comfortable with many amenities, and in a very convenient location, close to the airport. Staff were very helful and responsive. We especially enjoyed the quiet 12th floor, weekday dining overlooking the dazzling city lights. The hotel very conveniently ordered our late night transportation to the airport, and offered a box breakfast. One small downside, the marble shower floor is slippery when wet."

"While this property seems to be hidden away, it is actually well situated with parks, restaurants, monuments, markets, etc. only minutes away. The front desk staff, cleaning staff, and restaurant personnel are respectful, friendly, and incredibly professional. I was impressed and would make this my stop again."

"Just came back from an amazing trip in Uzbekistan. Stayed at the Art Hotel after reading great reviews on hotels.com. Well let me tell you....my room was huge, the breakfast was delicious with many choices, all of our requests were timely accommodated and most importantly Ibrahim and his colleagues went out of their way to help us with anything we need. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming and we were literally treated like family. The taxis are very cheap and for $1-2 dollars can take you...

"The young guy at front desk that works afternoons doesn’t like to be bothered with extra questions or extra work and carries his unhappiness on his face which he can’t hide. Heard when he was arguing with another tourist from same hotel when he should have shown a better patience or not said anything in return which left a bad impression since you essentially a face of hotel, but otherwise hotel is good breakfast is good but the beds are hard like a rock which could be a problem for people with...

"Very sweet young people on the reception. They speak some English, not really enough... One of them speaks better English, then the others and it seems he tries to be there to help his colleagues. Breakfast is nice, great fresh watermelon on the days of my stay. Other than that, sausage, eggs, oatmeal, very tasty pastries, baked fresh. Food is tasty and fresh, mostly homemade.
It happened that electricity would turn off and sometimes water too, but they really try to fix it right the way.
With the internet it was hard to understand how it works, I guess the signal was stronger when the majority of people would be asleep or not in the hotel. Sometimes it wouldn’t connect, but it was enough to do some work.
The location of this hotel is great for the people that need to stay close to the airport. With the taxi app the ride is extremely cheap. I used YandexGo, otherwise without the app out of the airport you going to pay 10 times more.
To me Merci Hotel was a pleasant place to stay - my room was clean. The carpet is not new in the hotel, so it may look not neat. Overall, I would definitely come back when I need the hotel close to the airport. "
