"Nice big rooms that are cleaned properly. A bit outdated in the interior. Great location, where it is easy to either go on the metro or grab a Yandex Go to explore the city. Very pleasant and polite staff and decent breakfast."
"This was my second stay, and just like before, it was excellent. A cozy place with lovely staff. The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, yet the price was quite reasonable compared to other hotels in the city."
"Would recommend this stay if looking for a short stay in Tashkent. Guli was an excellent host and very friendly, the staff as well. They made it easy to enjoy Tashkent and STYLO!"

"Hotel is pretty nice . . The only minus is that there is no elevator but it is only 3 floors .. and the, staff will be happy to help you take the luggage up"
"This is an excellent hotel. Service is simply superb. It is located between a number of beautiful and inviting parks. A major shopping area is not far."
"The bad
1) Reception never responded to my request for a pick-up before arrival
2) Room's carpet had blood stains on it
3) Room smelled like a sewer when I first entered
4) Breakfast food is horrendous. Staff are rude. They stand around and giggle, no customer service.
5) pool area needs a lot of remodelling. also needs staff available to service guests.
The good
1) Location
2) Laundry/pressing staff are very nice "
"No one was at the front desk when I arrived at the hotel. I waited for 15 minutes and went to the hotel next door who called the front desk person. He said he was at the market and will be back 10 minutes later. When came back he told me he didn’t have a room for me and took me to another hotel. Art Ellite. I got a room there. The a/c was faulty and made loud noise all night long. There was bright light coming through the sheer curtains (no dark curtains). I asked for another room and was told to wait till 2:00 pm. They came through giving me another room at 12:00 noon. I was do tired that i slept that entire day. Breakfast was horrible. "
