My daughter was in a winter coat, feeling hot, and we stood there while the process dragged on. It was frustrating and uncomfortable, especially with a taxi waiting outside. This experience left a bad aftertaste and completely spoiled our impression of the hotel, which we expected to be more hospitable and comfortable."
