Convenience to 1 line Link from Sea-Tac is excellent. Unfortunately, there are a lot of homeless people nearby. But it doesn't feel dangerous.

Absolutely loved the Arctic Club Hotel. Easily accessible to transit. Short walk to the waterfront. Pub inside the hotel has amazing food. Best fish and chips !!! Service was superb. Only downside is across the street there is a homeless encampment, which can be intimidating to walk by at night. They mean no harm, have just been dealt a tough hand in life. Overall we loved our stay at the Arctic Club. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Seattle

The hotel was top notch. Pikes place, underground tour, pikes place and awesome restaurants and bars all within 10 min walk. Corner suite was awesome clean and comfortable staff was outstanding. Will stay next time when in Seattle

We really enjoyed ourselves in the hotel. Enjoyed the bar and food. We have celiac and the food was great. Only problem was our room faced 3rd ave and the buses going by all night and the dog outside barking all night. We would stay there again but on the opposite side of the hall.
