The State Hotel Studio One is offered as a vacation rental. This studio faces First Avenue, full of world class restaurants/bars, shops and art galleries. The building owners studio unit features dramatic 14 foot ceilings and a 12 foot arched window, an open 790 Square foot floor plan with carpeted floors and brick walls.
FYI: Pioneer Square is a busy vibrant neighborhood, filled with sports fans , harmless, homeless panhandles, art galleries, restaurants and bars with live and recorded music. There is a popular bar downstairs and recorded music can be heard till closing. Earplugs are provided for light sleepers.

The living room is set with comfortable furniture. there is a full size velvet couch and 2 reclining rocking chairs. Fret for getting your feet up after a full day of sight seeing. The dining area and window have antique wood tables with 4 chairs. for dining or working. Sony 48' Smart TV. Broadcast and Netflix Movies. There is a washer/dryer hidden behind a black lacquer Chinese screen.
There is a canopy King bed, with curtains and soft linens and a bed warmer. There are eye masks, ear plugs and a sound na-machine for restful sleep. There is a separate kitchen with gas stove , full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and is fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes for cooking and dining. The bathroom has a tub/shower, with shampoo , soaps , towels, robes , mirror, toilet and vanity.
Please note, there is no elevator and the loft is located one flight up on the first floor.
This classic structure was the first building completed after the great Seattle Fire of 1889. The State Hotel was named for the year Washington Territory became Washington State.
The State Hotel sign on the outside of the building is the second most photographed sign in Seattle. The colorful history of the building is mentioned on the Underground tour and has had many uses from Alaska gold rush provisioning for miners headed north to a brothel!
