This expansive haven offers urban and suburban living, surrounded by parks, trails, coffeehouses, gardens, and restaurants in the prestigious Woodridge neighborhood. Only 15 mins from downtown Bellevue.

This luxurious home boasts a master suite with a bath and shower, along with three en-suite bedrooms, totaling 3.5 baths. It's fully equipped with all the amenities you could need. The Tuscan-style design offers high ceilings and an open floor plan that caters to modern living.

Sip delightful drinks at the wet bar, complete with everything you need to concoct your favorites. The space also features a chef's kitchen, a cozy living room with three charming fireplaces, and an outdoor living area with a gas fireplace and comfy couch overlooking the backyard.

The lower level hosts a family room, along with an upper-level den and workspace. You'll find air conditioning, surround sound, and more. These amenities make it ideal for hosting events or recreating the comforts of home.

We welcome dogs! There is a $50 fee per pet.

We had a wonderful stay at Woodridge

We are a family of 5 with 3 kids, and we had a wonderful time at this place. The house is spacious, and well-equipped. We had everything we needed for a 2-week stay here. The parking was easy and the location is very convenient. We will come back again when we visit the next time.
