We were trying to unload our luggage into our room. Took a few things inside and left the unit to go back for more luggage. Had the key cards in my pocket by themselves completely away from any phones or other electronics but when I went back to the room with the rest of my luggage the keycard didn’t work. I went back to the desk and she said she fixed the keycards and told me not to put them near my phone as that had obviously canceled them out. I told her I hadn’t but I’d keep that in mind. She said I obviously had since my cards didn’t work. Went back to the room and the keycards still didn’t work, after fussing at me again about not putting them near any phones and reprogramming them yet again they still didn’t work so she followed me to the room where half my luggage was locked inside and couldn’t get the keycards to work either. They told me they would have to get maintenance to come so they could get my stuff out of the room and would move me to a different room but the room they moved me to also had issues with the keycards not working. Only one of the keycards worked and there was after having to do it 5-10 times just to get the door open. They acted like it was an inconvenience when they got my luggage out, huffing that now they would have to have that room checked by housekeeping to make sure I didn’t mess any of it up for the next guest. Asking multiple times what id touched in the room. They didn’t seem to care at all that I was the one inconvenienced.
