"AC was perfect, shops nearby, staff was friendly and welcoming, housekeeping was perfect."

"Clean room, friendly staff , resort could use updating. No information about property or restaurants given at check in. Beach had lots of seaweed which I know can’t be helped but resort should offer transportation to another beach for the day. Grounds and facility could use some lightbulbs as a lot of areas were dark to navigate. Nothing to do after dinner and had plenty of area in hotel where they could have had a band or music. Guests walking around after dinner looking for something to do. Food was delicious in the Docksider Rest and Rainbow Resturant. Eleven 11 resturant not so good . Also should offer some snacks at pool . We did have beautiful weather "

"I enjoyed my stay at Ellen Bay Inn. The staff were great and very accommodating. Feels like a family atmosphere. I think the only disadvantage (or could be an advantage in some cases) is it feels a bit “of the beaten path.” It would be challenging to get around with wheels but the staff offered me fairly priced transportation when I didn’t have a rental. Stingray city is within walking distance so that’s an option too. "

"Comfy hotel, but needs some updating. Pool was lovely and right at beach which was nice to walk. Check in was odd. You did it yourself. Could have more personal approach, but found that it was now government run so probably not enough staff. Beautiful location makes up for any shortcomings. "

"Excellent hospitality. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Food and drinks were amazing. Bartenders showed off their talents!!! The pool was nice. Staff associated with water activities made sure we were safe and informative about the different beaches. We will go back sooner than later!!! "

"The pool and ocean view were the highlights of the property. The food was average at best. The location was somewhat isolated, you had to take a cab to go off site to eat other that Mama Mia's which was next door and decent. The front desk and cleaning staff were outstanding. The restaurant and bar staff were not as friendly. We did not do the all-inclusive but did eat at the restaurant a couple times and went to the pool bar a couple times. Each time at the bar the bartender tried to add things to the bill that we did not order, so beware and review your bill carefully. In addition the second time we ate lunch the waiter brought a bill that wasn't ours for us to pay. Once again, pay attention to your bills. Overall, the location was beautiful and the facilities, pool chairs, etc were nice. Food not great and location a little isolated if you are planning to do things off site, like eating out and shopping, etc. but overall we had a nice stay. "

"Private pool was beyond amazing. Nothing is near by. So rent a car or have cab money. The food was awful. Bring PENTLY of snacks. "
