"Only surprise was that it’s a neighborhood of condo’s as opposed to a traditional hotel. Highly recommend for families looking for a bit more calm from the big hotels in Poipu. The pools are fun. Property is on a stunning cliffs edge with a fabulous sunset. Our condo was wonderful and well equipped. It felt like a “home away from home” and is a fabulous homebase when exploring the island."

"The Dolphin Hale home in Kauai is an absolute gem. I can’t say enough good things about it. It’s spacious, comfortable, high-end, with a gourmet kitchen and had an absolutely gorgeous view. Tammy, the owner, was gracious, helpful, and quick to communicate on a variety of issues. There were some weather-related issues while we were there and Tammy and her team of Nancy and Chris went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and safe during a very difficult period, all with a smile and good cheer. My friends and I would go back in a heartbeat to visit the Dolphin Hale house."

"Special designer house in the otherwise cookie cutter neighborhood. Unbeatable view and amenities. Relaxing place to be. Lows are the very dated cushions, pillows and linens many of which are musty smelly and some are flat from years of use. Was expecting better as this price point. Host could spend a bit of money to refresh.Lastly note that the driveway may seem gated and private, but it is actually a path for others to walk to the beach and the utility people to access their worksite. It doesn't bother us just something to note."
