Clear check-in and check-out instructions that take minimal time and effort. Nice, big TV and comfy couch to hang out on. Within walking distance to the water front where you can see wild horses and visit downtown shops. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Honestly, it felt like we were in a postcard. The air conditioning worked, however, the vent automatically closed on the heat setting. We tried multiple times to figure this out, but the temperature was comfortable none the less. The guestbook was a fun bonus feature, though! I would absolutely stay here again! "
