"The concierge was very friendly and took great care of ski equipment. Ski equipment storage lockers are standard. It would help to have drying racks. Apres happy hour was a little disappointing. Overall it’s a great location and you can get on the mountain quickly."

"The room is clean but small. Not too much space to put clothes. No table, only two chairs. Warm outdoor pool and hot tub are perfect after one day skiing. Guest laundry is available."

"The front desk staff were fine. The room was clean but the bed was lumpy. The service at the Cinnabear restaurant was not great but she gave us some compensation for not taking our dinner order correctly. It think the hotel was good overall but I would still rather stay at one of the nicer rooms at the Crystal lodge instead. Did not like that the ski storage locker was in the back of the hotel and only took skis and not boots or poles. The parking spaces in the parking garage are small and limited in number. "
