"Dated. Murphy bed!!! Sauna while nice inside, is pathetic to access - basically 4th floor passage way and the sauna controls are in passage way. Clearly not a good understanding of how saunas operate. Not a place I would stay again."

"Unfortunately, the fireplace was not working. We requested front desk fix it and after a couple of attempts, they indicated the mechanic/repair man was not available. Unfortunate! Also, maintenance was being done on the pool and hot tub, so they were closed down. However, pinnacle allowed us to use the Delta pool amenities, which was a real plus."

"What a great setup in a great position with a fantastic room. Staff extremely welcoming and helpful. The attached Lorette Brasserie served some beautiful food, even though on the high price side. Underground Carpark a little squeezy."
