" Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. The staff was nice but spoke no English.

"It was a very memorable stay for our family here. The view was exceptional. The best part about our stay is having Frankie coordinate everything for us from pick up at train station, dinning, tickets to Zhangjaijei National park to the ins and outs of the area. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were very accommodating. I would love to stay here again next time I visit. "
"This is seriously one of the best places I have ever visited. The staff were absolutely incredible -- they helped plan out my itinerary, arranged all the tickets, provided transportation. They didn't get into any games if up selling stuff. Everything was just honest support. The rooms and views were spectacular. Super clean. I rarely give reviews but the staff here are deserving of recognition. Absolutely one of the best places I've stayed."

That being said, I’m very glad to have booked this stay. Mr. Wang did a great job, he was always available, did his best to give recommendations and communicate. He even made sure that I ate and was comfortable. I stayed in tent 2 which had a gorgeous view. This was a perfect place to stay for a few nights stay, but even if you wanted to stay longer you definitely could! They had many amenities, just like your luxury hotels. The location might be a little secluded but that adds to the experience of glamping. Thank you all for making my first experience in Zhangjiajie smooth and comfortable. - Mimi :) "
