"Yes they were very to me in my needs when I need towels or rags or extra toilet paper or anything like that they were there they let me stay until 12:00 for check out time rather than 11:00 and I love the room it was nice and clean"

"The room I reserved was not available I got a room on the second floor and had a hard time getting up and down the stairs and was told there were no first floor rooms available. No elevator on the property."

"I always have great experiences at Holiday *nn Express. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff was super nice and accommodating. They got us a portable crib for my 3 month old which was really awesome. Break was great. No smoking allowed on the property. I will only stay at Holiday inn Express from now on."

"The hotel is beautiful - sleek and chic! Great location and stellar staff. The rooftop bar and restaurant is my favorite place in Charlottesville. (The gluten-free pizza is FANTASTIC!). The rooms are nice, but there was mildew on the shower walls the last 2 times we stayed there. The gym has some broken equipment, but that won't stop us from coming back! The best value in the area. "
