The staff are very friendly. Rooms are quiet except for the occasional door slamming shut. There is no restaurant at the hotel but you can use their microwave and fridge in staff kitchen. We went to the nearby M&S store to buy microwavable food and drinks.
The hotel is not located near transit and it's best to have a car. Parking is free and it's easy drive to visit Stirling and Falkirk sights.
