"Hotel was very clean. The staff very friendly. My only issue is the bathroom curtain was ripped from the rack and there was a squirrel near the doorway that I scratched my foot on it should have been screwed all the way in."

"We stayed in a suite!! The room was far from clean with dirt on the flooring. The sofa was ripped and the back pillow coming off, and the sofa bed was disgusting. The light when you entered the room flashed like a strobe light (not good when you have a family member with epilepsy). There was mold growing under the bathroom vanity and sharp broken tiles surrounding the floor. The toilet ran all night. And the kicker of the trip, NO hot water the entire stay. And now I can’t get any type of at least partial refund from Expedia or the hotel. "

"Absolutely horrible staff in the breakfast area. Cold food in should be heated containers. Worker was absolutely the worst. "

"Was not clean we had to purchase supplies to clean and buy candles because of the smell refrigerator stop work all food had to be trashed it leaks.all rugs need washing or replacing the house need maintenance for repairs. "

"Nice place, close to where we needed to be. 2 things, place was freezing cold, there was no heat. There were electric heaters throughout, but it wasn’t enough to keep the place warm. Last thing, the main electric breaker kept switching off throughout our entire visit. I’m assuming that it had something to do with the electrical heaters. Not major issues, but enough to have an uncomfortable stay."
