"We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. "A really lovely apartment. It was clean and everything needed was provided. The host quickly got back to our messages and helped us out. We enjoyed our ski trip, just a 10-15min ride by car to the resort and also our stay. The kitchen was very well equipped and we didn't miss any utensils."

Did not feel safe in that situation and left the property…. Booked another stay last minute as advised by Vrbo...

"A place of pro's and con's... - location - middle of old town - very quiet and good location. - easy to access, key locker worked well - Flat had been well cleaned, EXCEPT for the toilet seat which had accumulated many months of yellow stain on both sides... needed cleaned properly with bleach/ anti-bacterial. The shower is also getting a little cold around it.. - The room was big enough for the double bed and sofa bed. However, no way would I try 4 people in there are the bathroom is so small...

Excellent Stay, but Let Down by One Staff Member

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, the experience was excellent. The service was top-notch and most of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces – they truly made us feel welcome and well taken care of. However, I must point out a disappointing experience with one staff member, Erwin. Unfortunately, his attitude stood out in contrast to the otherwise outstanding team. When I arrived with four large suitcases in my car, I asked if I could briefly park outside the hotel just to unload my luggage. Erwin firmly refused and told me I had to park in the basement of the building across the street, which has no lift. I had to drag all four bags up a slope and across to the hotel myself. What made it worse was that when I entered the lobby clearly struggling, he saw me but made no effort to assist. Additionally, during check-in, Erwin failed to mention that items in the minibar were complimentary, which I found out later. It felt as though he was intentionally withholding that information, which left a negative impression. Aside from this, the rest of the stay was truly enjoyable. The other staff members were amazing – friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. It’s a shame that one individual’s behavior affected an otherwise perfect stay. "
