"We stayed here for a night before we had to fly away after a 2 week vacation traveling around and visiting family in Germany. The hotel room was small but comfortable, dining services weren’t at the restaurant but still a small comfortable space with several options, and the staff were amazing . Would stay here again! "

"Gave me cheapest room instead of I reserved. Requested to hotel front to check again the room (he dont want to check. Only got answer that I am misunderstood). Explained again and again, finally got new room key card from him which some of lights in the room are not working. "

"Fully recommended. Very nice, clean, quiet, friendly Haus. It's located in Bad Homburg which is a beautiful town. Very accessible by trains to Frankfurt."

"The room was fine. However, it was very impractical to have only one key for the room, esp. when the room is on the 3rd floor. Frequently, one of us would have to walk down and open the door for the other. It should be possible to obtain two house and room keys when checking in."

Se tiver malas grandes e pesadas há certa dificuldade na entrada. O restaurante oferece pratos deliciosos e a atendente era de Portugal, foi uma delicia poder conversar com alguém tão gentil em português."

"The staff were very helpful and polite, the restaurant was fantastic and the room was beautiful. My only negative was that every time I tried to order room service, I had to call repeatedly for up to 30 mins in order to get an answer. "
