"Das Haus ist in den 70ern stehen geblieben. Fast alles war alt, die Terrasse teilweise morsch, alles roch altbacken und muffig, die Matratzen waren uralt. Die Küchenausstattung war übersichtlich - es gab zum Beispiel nur 3 Teelöffel. Das ganze Haus bedarf einer Grundsanierung innen wie außen. Das es anders geht zeigen andere Häuser im Ferienprk Vorauf. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Chiemgau ist die Lage sehr gut. Check-in, Sauberkeit und Kommunikation waren in Ordnung."

And it stated it would do deposit refund 7 days after check-out with no damage reported. I checked out 5th April, so far no one contacted me regarding any damage found. "Sehr geräumige und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einwandfrei, wir erhielten sowohl einem zweiten Schlüssel als auch umfangreiches Informationsmaterial zu sehr vielen Ausflugszielen (per Rad als auch für Wanderungen). Hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen, wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht, die leider viel zu schnell vorbei war."
