"es war sauber, das Personal freundlich. Doch der Gesamteindruck ist: dass vieles so nach 80iger Jahre wirkt. Die Einrichtung passt nicht zusammen, es hat wenig Steckdosen und Lampen (deshalb etwas düster), der Fernseher flimmert, der Rolladen klemmt, der Skiraum ist ein alter Duschraum. Naja romantisch ist es nicht, einfach zweckmässig."

"We had such a super stay at the Seehof. The staff were fabulous and the ice cream sundaes we had in the restaurant when we arrived were very tasty! The hotel is situated on the edge of the lake with wonderful views. It’s just a few minutes level walk into the centre with bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel food looked great but there’s not much choice for vegetarians like us (not unusual in Switzerland) there so we found a nice Mexican place nearby. The breakfast buffet was very high quality...

"Eine wunderbare Erfahrung von A-Z. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und unser Zimmer war absolut perfekt. Alles frisch renoviert und perfekt ausgestattet. Das Restaurant bietet mit dem Modellzug eine riesen Attraktion für Klein und Gross. Das Essen und der Service waren ebenfalls absolut fantastisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles was man braucht über Heiss- und Kaltgetränke, Joghurt, Käse, Aufschnitt, Pancakes, diverse Brote usw."

"The hotel appears to be set up more as a conference centre than the as advertised relaxing spa hotel. We booked this hotel for the spa experience/treatment but found out on arrival that the spa doesn't open until after 5 pm (when the conferences finish). We booked a massage (they had to get someone in because they don't have an onsite masseuse) we asked if it would be possible to have at least the whirlpool switch on for after the massage but they left it drained. The food was ok but nothing to...

"The Schafli is a companion hotel to the Hotel Uzwil which is a good 4*. Breakfast was at the Uzwil, a 10 minute walk but worth it as an above average breakfast in a lovely clean restaurant. The bedroom at Schafli was clean, good sized shower room and functional. No staff on site and seems to cater over business overnight customers. Very handy for the excellent rain service across Switzerland and cheaper than Zurich"
