"Very helpful young lady at the desk Immediately changed my room when I reported the air con was not working. the young lady at the bar who recommended food for me at the end of a long day when I was very hungry and the guy who delivered it to my table outside . All very very well done. The young ones can get a bad rap but these guys were a great team ! Thankyou !"

"Amazing stay, arrived 4 hours before check in to leave bags but the room was ready so we got to check in with no extra fee and a bonus of an upgrade. I was pleased as it was our anniversary trip which i hadnt mentionned but when i did we also got free drink vouchers. The staff were super nice, the hotel fab. The breakfast amazing and with the bonus of free parking! Highly recommend."

"I've stayed here 3 times before. The rooms are a little dated but clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Parking is charged at £3 a day which is reasonable. It's a good base for visiting Cleveleys, Fleetwood or the main attractions as there is a bus and tram stop opposite the hotel. Copperface Jack's, the hotel was closed..but when open can be good for watching sports It's not the Hilton, but I will definitely be back."

"The room was excellently clean the only gripe I’d have is that the toilet is separate to the bathroom which is ok but no wash basin had to go back into bathroom to wash our hands not very hygienic I thought .but we did have a ironing board & iron in the wardrobe but didn’t need to use this time .the rest of hotel was very clean staff very helpful & polite .the cooked breakfast was abit rubbish the bacon & sausage over cooked but other stuff ok"
