"A fantastic hotel. The rooms we very clean. We had a great view from our room, looking out over the waterfront, with snow covered hills in the background. However, I believe that some rooms looked inwards over the hotel lobby. The hotel is spotleiclean and the huge hotel lobby has many features. The staff were supremely helpful and friendly, but at the fear of singling one in particular out - a big shout out to Olga, for whom nothing was too much trouble, a real credit to the hotel. The hotel is just a little way out of downtown Reykjavik, but there are 2 bus stops nearby, and the bus ride is only a few minutes into the centre. If I go back to Reykjavik in the future, then without hesitation, this is the hotel I would look to book."

"The room was everything I needed, as a single traveler. The room is small, keep that in mind, which can be a turn off for some, but for me, it was perfect. I appreciate the way the room was put together to maximize its efficiency. The shower is a nice size. and I loved that I had a nice window that overlooked the outside area, facing the traffic - didn't even need a sound machine. The staff were super nice and helpful with my only 3 requests: an adapter because I needed a 2nd one, an extra pillow for this sciatica, and they even helped me out when my 2nd skin came off after a long walk. Kudos to the front desk agent there that night, you saved my new tattoo with your help. SOOOO appreciate you. :-) The location is ideal too, close to stuff but away from the chaos. Money well spent. Will 100% stay there again on my next visit to Copenhagen. "

"We had a nice stay at the hotel, it was conveniently located and the room was nice however the pool was not available which was disappointing and the breakfast line was long so we had breakfast at another location. "

"Location cleanliness and hotel good but the room was tiny. The quilt was smaller than the bed It was fine but could not spend more than a couple of nights. "

"This is a good low cost hotel. The rooms are small and so is the bathroom. The location is in the center of town which was perfect for my needs. If you have a vehicle be sure to book a parking spot early because the hotel has limited underground parking. If you have three in your party the deluxe room for three is a bit of a squeeze. The night clerk was very helpful. No complaints. I would stay here again."

"Room was nicer than the pictures, bigger and with a better layout (traditional window to side of bed, rather than at feet). Lovely bathroom, great shower, very clean. Breakfast was fantastic with great variety, but at weekends was extremely busy and there was sometimes a wait for a table. The big downside was the rooftop bar, which on the Friday night we stayed played extremely loud music until past 2am. Earplugs were provided and I had requested a quiet room (after reading similar reviews) but neither helped, it could be heard through earplugs as the bass was reverberating through the building. Also no safe or tea & coffee making facilities in the room."
