"We had a nice stay at Tivoli Hotel in Copenhagen. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and we especially enjoyed the pool and spa area — it was clean, comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. Our room was a good size, but there wasn’t much practical space to unpack and organize our clothes and luggage. The location was also a little farther from the main sights than we expected and not quite as convenient as advertised. At check-in, we were told housekeeping was available upon request, so we asked for our room to be cleaned the next day, but unfortunately it wasn’t done, perhaps due to a misunderstanding. Overall, a nice hotel with a great pool and spa area."

"Very helpful front desk staff. Assisted with an upgrade due to delay in housekeeping. Very happy. The most amazing breakfast buffet I have seen. Hotel was very clean and tidy. Bags are able to be stored in a locked room."
