The breakfast was very nice. The location is great! Hotel is kept very clean. I dropped a piece of jewelry down the sink late at night and the employee at the front desk quickly retrieved it for me. I left medication in the refrigerator and an employee dropped it off at my new location about 30 minutes away. How helpful!!!

The hotel is located in a prime location in the heart of Positano, just a five minute walk to the beach. The hotel staff were very accommodating and made sure that we had arrangements for transportation. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was high quality.

Would highly recommend staying here, in a perfect location in the centre of Positano, 5-10 mins walk to the beach, lots of little shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel itself is lovely, very clean and staff really helpful and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. You even get beach towels and flip flops provided in your room if you want to go to the beach!

Relatively small but lovely hotel. Staff was exceptionally accommodating and attentive. Very close to the heart of Positano and within steps of the shopping “district” and the path to the beach. It may lack some amenities of larger hotels but in our experience the value was unmatched.

The Staff is an 11!

Great location right in the middle of everything. Easy to get anywhere else in Positano. Very good view from the balcony. The staff were outstanding! Every one of them was super helpful - patient to give us various ideas and they took care of booking numerous things for us. They go way above and beyond what one would expect from a hotel.

We had an amazing stay at La Bougainville. The staff were attentive and kind. Offering ideas and even calling places for us to see if we could book reservations, ex. The room was cozy, clean with a stunning view! The bf was assorted and full of treats. Being gluten and dairy free, I’m always apprehensive about breakfast bars but they were accommodating and always had something I could eat. Overall, a great stay for the price and location and would highly recommend!

This hotel was a great deal and for the price a great location to all the shops and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast provided was a nice touch as well. The only downside to the property is that it is pretty noisy. Not the noise from the outside but interior walls/doors are very thin and can hear almost everything happening in the hallways and rooms next to you.

The hotel room had amazing amenities; coffee, daily water, smart tv, automatic blinds, AC/heat, safe, mini fridge. The hotel also had a great breakfast buffet that's included with every room; variety of options and also delicious. Staff also serve you drinks during breakfast. They also keep their lounge open all day for drinks and relaxation. Their concierge Imma went above and beyond to help us during our stay. My knee was hurting and she offered daily ice for me, let me know about their accessible lift if needed, suggested certain medications from the pharmacy that could help, etc. She also printed a map of Sorrento and gave us many tips and recommendations on it for us because she knew we were heading to that town next. She always ensured we were taken care of and always accommodated to us or offered accommodations. We couldn't speak more highly of her. We definitely recommend this hotel! The only critique is that the rooms arent sound proof. You can hear guests that are in rooms close to you so maybe bring earplugs if sensitive to sound!

The location is excellent you cant find better in this price, when you come its better by the bus so you go down, instead if you come from the port you need to climb the stairs or pay 10 euro each baggage so someone will get it for you. The bed not comfortable at all, we stayed two night and each morning we wake up with back pain. the breakfast was awful, there is no basic, there is no ham no cheese, just boiled eggs and one kind of corasson There is no options. So its not really a breakfast. ( and believe me we are people that dont look for a fancy breakfast). And there is a lot of stairs and the elevator for 1 person only. And its not an offical elevator.

The room was roomy, white clean, crisp sheets and towels. It had a lovely balcony with a retractable awning, perfect for a glass of wine and appetizers at the end of the day. Loved the staff! Breakfast had so many options, many organic so something for everyone. Short walk to the beach and shopping.

Perfect location close to the local bus line and pedestrian access to the city/beach. Quaint, clean room with view of the water and small balcony. Accommodating staff-even allowed my husband to use the small elevator when he sprained his ankle during the trip. Two long flights of stairs to access the room, but typical for Positano as the entire city is on a steep hillside. Excellent breakfast with good variety.

So glad we chose this hotel. Excellent location in the heart of the Central area. Friendly and helpful staff that reached out in the weeks before our trip and helped us arrange baggage transfers and transportation from Ravello. The breakfast is plentiful and the staff are excellent and gave us sightseeing and hiking tips. Would highly r recommend.
