Luxury home, direct bay views, close to beach, heated pool, jacuzzi, central AC, 3 level sun decks.

** 5 night minimum **

3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom house plus a Private Studio apartment = 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
One bedroom with queen bed, one bedroom with double bed and 1
bedroom with 2 twins.
PLUS separate studio apartment with queen sized bed and a pullout sofa that turns into a full sized bed. Studio has a private bath, kitchen and balcony.

Weekly rentals run Thurs to Weds.

Designed by a famous Fire Island architect, completely renovated, newer kitchen and bath, hardwood floors, bay views, roof deck, wrap around deck and pool deck.
