Northside Villa w/saltwater heated pool/5min beach

Enjoy your stay at this beautifully appointed, very private home on the quieter Northside of Sayulita. While the VRBO description states that it's a 9-min walk to the beach, it is actually a 3-5 min walk to the beach, because VRBO is showing the distance to the south side beach of Sayulita. We're only 3-5 min to the North Side beach, which is much cleaner, nicer and less crowded.
Our home is built to resemble a Balinese villa, it features high ceilings, spacious rooms, and clean, modern lines. Custom woodwork from local artisans throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with espresso machine and Vitamix blender. Beautiful private gardens with luxurious saltwater heated pool. Easy, flat 5-minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the town center. High-speed internet and AC throughout.
The space
Both bedrooms have an en-suite attached bathrooms, plus there's another half bath on the first floor. You will find our home to be a super comfortable, quiet and peaceful retreat with high speed, fiber optics internet. Only 3 flat blocks to the beach. No car is necessary! Walk everywhere.
Guest access
You will have the whole home to yourself.
Other things to note

Our house has a staircase with no railing, which might make it unsuitable for some individuals and children. We also have a pool that is rather deep on one end with no protective fence around it. Please use at your own risk.

The parking is free and available right in front of the house. The home is located in a safe, residential area. However no car is necessary, you can walk everywhere.

We do have a washer and dryer in the house. However, only the cleaning lady has access to the laundry room, so if guests need to do their laundry, they will need to ask the cleaning lady to do their laundry for them for a small fee.

We have four beach chairs, a cooler, and beach blankets for the guests to take to the beach.

For families with small children we can arrange for a crib, gate, high chair and other baby items to be delivered to the house for your arrival by putting you in touch with a local company that rents out baby gear.
