"In town for a family wedding at Saybrook Point Inn & Spa which made this location perfect. We lived in Fenwood, neighborhood across the cove, for 14 years so this was an enjoyable trip back home. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck, watching the osprey feeding its baby in the nearby nest, swans and their sygnets, and all of the other local birds. The cottage, fully stocked with any and every necessity, was very comfortable, and very nicely decorated, including the beautiful artwork. We will definitely stay here when & if we come back to Old Saybrook again. Great hosts and communication. All in all a great stay!"

"The location cannot be beat if you want the option of walkability to the marina and Liv’s. Communication was direct and easy. Parking can be tight if you have more than two cars or larger ones. Great for dogs when the backyard fence is repaired. Note no dishwasher and first floor bedroom and bathroom doors are bifold and don’t close very well. Primary is well done and great space but is loft like with no door. Overall great spot with all you need."

"This is a beautiful home in a private association. Only a few minutes to walk to the private beach lots. It is a very family friendly neighborhood for walking, and bike riding, The owners are very responsive and the home if fully equipped for all your needs. Such a great location! Can’t wait to go back."
