"Too noisy, traffic, music down stairs loud and guests singing 3.am in the morning. Tiny side table no room for belongings because of all the junk on it. Bed very comfortable . Bathrooms new and very clean. Kitchen a bonus."

"I didn’t expect much from the outside and traffic if soooo busy, but once you step inside that all goes away! What a lovely renovation to an old hotel, it’s has a great retro feel with a touch of luxury. Rooms are compact but functional and very clean and quiet. I loved my stay and staff were very nice. Very close to the airport which is why I chose it & Arncliffe train station is a 5min walk. Shops, restaurants & supermarket are just up the road. I would definitely recommend it and will stay their again."

"Bed Bugs... Nice Staff!!! Parking great for larger vehicles like 4x4's. 10-15 minute walk to restaurants and supermarkets. Room cleanish. Floors needed vacuuming and mopping, very dirty. Bed infested with BED BUGS. I'm not making this up. I ended up not staying as I didn't want to be bitten by the bed bugs. Couldn't find any alternative accommodation that wasn't going to cost a fortune due to higher prices for booking late. Some places wanting over $600 for two nights + parking charges for late bookings. Made up some excuse as I didn't want to deal with any confrotation or excuses from staff. Didn't want to sleep in my car. Canceled my Sydney appointments and drove 4 ½ hours home in the middle of the night. Next day spent hot washing/drying my cloths at laundromat and fumigating my luggage encase any bugs had stowed away in my bag. Very disappointed."
