"Checkin was quick. Room was comfortable and A/C did a great job of keeping the room cool. The hotel had free shuttle from airport that was efficient. They also offered a shuttle to cruise port for a small fee. We opted for a Uber ride to cruise port though. I would say that the free buffet breakfast had a lot to be desired. The container for waffle batter was empty for the entire time (20 minutes) we were there. The scrambled eggs were runny and the sausages were soft from basically sitting in about an inch of greasy liquid. I ended up having cereal and milk."

"I had an overall amazing stay at B Ocean Resort and would absolutely give it five stars. The property itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is vibrant and relaxing, and the amenities were truly 10/10—everything from the beach access to the pool and service exceeded expectations. That said, I do want to share one part of my experience that didn’t match the rest. I paid an additional $100 to upgrade my room from a standard king to an oceanfront balcony king, but unfortunately the room I received was not in great condition and felt below the standard of the resort. It was disappointing given how incredible everything else was. I also followed the instructions provided by management to reach out via text before posting a review. I did send a message and provided my information, but unfortunately never received a follow-up, which was a bit disappointing as I was hoping to resolve the issue directly. Aside from that, the staff, location, and overall experience were outstanding. I genuinely loved my time there and would definitely return, just hoping for a better room experience and communication next time."

"We arrived late at night so we did not realize they gave us the wrong view. We paid more for a pool view that we did not receive. Check in was easy, staff was friendly. The rooms are outdated but spacious. Perfect if you are staying more than a few nights as it has a kitchen with cups, plates etc. Not the typical hotel we would stay in so it was definitely a one time stay for us but it worked for this particular trip as we were not there except to sleep."
