"We arrived late at night so we did not realize they gave us the wrong view. We paid more for a pool view that we did not receive. Check in was easy, staff was friendly. The rooms are outdated but spacious. Perfect if you are staying more than a few nights as it has a kitchen with cups, plates etc. Not the typical hotel we would stay in so it was definitely a one time stay for us but it worked for this particular trip as we were not there except to sleep."

"HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. I travel a lot and This was the worst resort experience I have ever had. They missed it completely! The check-in process was a nightmare, it took almost 1 hour after a very long day - I had my grandma and she fell asleep in their lobby. Then we didn't get the rooms we paid for. I chose to book a suite with 2 rooms so we could be together instead I was given 2 rooms that were not adjoining. Then to make matters worse I am sleeping and I hear my door opening and before I knew what was happening another guest was in my room, while I was in bed our eyes met and I screamed and he left confused with his partner. How did this happen?!! "

"Room was not ready 2 hrs after check in time. They had to move our room because they didn't know when our room would be ready. A/C wouldn't go below 72*. Room smelled musty. The whole facility was muggy inside. The bed as hard as a rock. Doors wouldn't soft close and always slammed. Maintenance doesn't seem to be a high priority for the management here"

What is shown online does not match reality. The rooms felt more like a basic college dorm than a hotel, especially considering the price. Additionally, while check-in is fully electronic, there is essentially no support or service available if you need anything extra—even something as simple as a corkscrew was not available. The overall environment felt limited, with most services seemingly unavailable or closed. Cleanliness and general upkeep were also below expectations, and the atmosphere resembled more of a hostel than a proper hotel. I would strongly recommend ensuring that the images displayed on the website truly represent the current state of the property, as this mismatch creates a very misleading impression for guests."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this roomy house. Our home near by was flooded and we needed a place to stay close by and also I was having some minor surgery at the nearby hospital. The house was super clean and had a very well stocked kitchen. The lake view was lovely. Before the surgery we really enjoyed the foosball table. After the surgery the ADA bathroom was so helpful. We were please to find there are many excellent restaurants very close to the property. "
