The location cannot be beat, as the Hamilton House is situated in the heart of Downtown Savannah. Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops. Our unit offers the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and convenience right in the middle of historic Savannah.

House Rules

-Noise is a big deal in Savannah. The City Ordinance states that a sound can't be above 50 decibels (dB) between 7 PM and 7 AM for residential homes. This is a conversational volume.

-Any courtyard or outdoor area must be vacated by 10 PM Friday – Saturday and 9 PM Sunday – Thursday out of courtesy to the neighbors and other guests.

-This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed on the grounds except for events utilizing the whole estate and where the owner grants a permit.

-Smoking is not allowed in the unit or courtyard. Smoking on property will incur a $250 fine.

- We cannot fix or refund any issue not brought to us as it occurs, not after your stay.

- Bath products are for use during your stay and are not to be taken.
