RELAXATION abounds - comfy outdoor chairs , be entertainment with wind surfers, paddle boarders and take your towel and safely swim.
PAVED walkway meanders the beachside, adjacent parks and beautiful homes.
DRIVE 4km to the Sandspit ferry to Kawau Island where Sir George Governor Grey's historic home is situated at Mansion House Bay. Open for viewing fulfilling a day to picnic and enjoy a scenic woodland trail walk - highly recommended.
SNORKEL in Marine Reserve at Leigh - Goat Island - Glass bottom boat tours available.

Self entertain on the piano or relax with a book from the collection available for guests. Snells Beach/Mahurangi Village is an easy stroll for the local Bakery, Cafes, or Take-out meals. A Library, Pharmacy, Fuel Station, local Pub and tennis courts etc. in the Village.

OPTIONAL: Bed configuration - long twin singles OR together as large king bed.

BESPOKE BATHROOM: Tiled room, marble vanity bench overlays a washer. Custom made shower, heated towel rail, toilet, electrical power outlets and emergency torch.

OWNER welcomes questions, responds immediately, as your stay is important at this luxury unit with reasonable rates . This beautifully maintained property is situated a few steps across its lawn and onto the beach.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
NOT suitable for small children - open stairs and upper balcony railing.
NO pets or smoking.
Surcharge may apply for one night bookings - please contact owner.

SECURITY BOND:
An additional deposit of $300 maybe charged if any damage or loss occurs to the accommodation, its contents, or caused by a member of his/her party.
Also, if additional cleaning be required, this will be deducted from the Security Bond to reflect the costs involved.

Linens and towels and cleaning charges are NOT INCLUDED when booking.

OPTIONAL: Linen package available and can be arranged with owner.

For a full Security Bond held online to be refundable after departure the guest must leave accommodation with no damage or loss and has cleaned, tidied and left it as they found on arrival.

Beach getaway

The property was very clean and tidy and close to the beach. We had great views from the lounge and the deck outside. It was very peaceful and quiet and very relaxing. We had a great time away.

Clean, tidy, all we needed. Make sure you take cooking extras, but also enjoy the cafe at the north end of the beach. Coffee at Brick Bay is lovely. Perfect location for kitesurfing launches.

Property owner was incredibly helpful, terrific communication. Accommodation was great. Everything was provided, everything was clean. The location right on the beachfront was terrific. The beach, swimming, views and walking paths made for a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable break.

An Absolute Gem

The beautiful siting, peacefulness and joy that we enjoyed during our 4 days at this lovely 2-floor apartment were enough to make us want to book again for a longer stay. The apartment has everything and is so well stocked with good quality things. Do not hesitate - book it!

Perfect getaway destination

The view is breathtaking and unit provided a sense of calm and tranquility. We were impressed by how spacious the living area was and having a full kitchen was a bonus. Close to so many activities. We unfortunately had to cut our trip short and leave urgently due to a medical event (luckily not too serious) and were not able to clean to the standard required. Shirley was so understanding and kind. We will definitely book again.

Perfect spot for a beach break, right on the beach, great views, quiet and cosy with everything you need. Short drive to the shopping area, and plenty to see and do in the local area, but we just wanted to relax and do nothing except walks on the beach and couldn't have asked for a better spot.
