Our mission as a professional management company is to foster professionalism, collaboration, and growth for short-term rentals in our area. You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $1,500 in “All-Risk” Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.

With “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.
We hope you enjoy your vacation with peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damages occur, you are protected under Waivo.

There is a train that passes through nearby.

Guests will have access to the entire cabin. There is a small cottage on the property, which can additionally be rented out for larger groups (6+) in the warmer months.

Access code for the keypad will be provided after confirmed booking in the days prior to guest arrival

Situated on 1.5 acres at the end of a quiet road, the cabin feels worlds away while being just 15 minutes from the charming downtowns of both Saugerties and Kingston. For the equestrian travelers, we are also 15 minutes from HITS.

    Step outside and enjoy:

    - A creekside fire pit for cozy evenings
    - Wildlife watching and unmatched fall foliage

The space was beautiful, clean, and exactly what was advertised on the listing. The host was communicative and quick with their responses. Would highly recommend staying here if you're in the Catskills.
