"This is a great hotel with an awesome breakfast buffet. We had a high level room so the views of Osaka were beautiful. The location of the hotel is also great, a short walk to Shin-Osaka station. "

"Very expensive laundry, but there is coin laundry 5m walk away. Room are very small, so mostly designed just to sleep. Shower is great. Location is amazing if you go for day trips, it is inside Shin Osaka station by Shinkansen terminal."

"The room was spotless and staff were very knowledgeable. It's my first time in Japan and it was a great start thanks to the staff. They helped me navigate both on the property and beyond. I loved all the amenities and the daily services that came with my booking. I also love how close it is to Shin Osaka and the free shuttle bus. I'd highly recommend everyone to book rooms here and glad I am returning soon again."

"Had a wonderful stay at the Green Rich Hotel. It was a bonus to have shuttle service from the airport though it's literally a 10 minute walk. However, if you have a 90 y/o dad with you, it's helpful since a taxi would definitely not take you. When I called earlier about pick up times, they say to call them when you need the ride. However, if you don't have a cell phone or a phone that can dial in Japan, it's hard to find a public phone these days. I ended up going to the information desk and they called the hotel on my behalf! The other issue by not having a cell phone is that you can't make calls from the hotel phone. You can receive calls from the outside but no calls going to the outside are possible. That seems to be the case with a lot of hotels these days. They said that they incorporated this policy this year. Outside of the hotel, we didn't find much in terms of restaurants. We arrived on a Sunday and the only thing available to eat was the 7-11 which has decent food compared to 7-11's in the rest of the world but it's still a 7-11... It's nice to have a public bath in the hotel and the breakfast buffet is tasty and very filling. The rooms are clean and pretty spacious. For the price, this will be our go to place whenever we visit Itami. "
